GAF Roof Mate™ Top Coat is a top-of-the-line premium elastomeric acrylic coatings. It is a highly reflective, breathable membrane that allows moisture from the substrate or interior to escape while providing protection from exterior weather conditions. When combined with Roof Mate™ Base Coat, it forms a waterproof elastomeric, monolithic membrane, that helps provide protection against normal weathering, aging, and ultraviolet exposure. It is also effective in sealing and encapsulating galvanized metal roofs, helping to prevent residual zinc run-off.
