Roofshield® Coating is a water-based acrylic elastomeric coating. Featuring a rich consistency that covers the textured profile of various substrates, it forms a flexible monolithic membrane that helps protect and prolong the life of the substrate from the damaging effects of weathering and UV exposure. The high reflectivity of Roofshield® Coating helps keeps the roof substrate cool, which not only prolongs its longevity but also saves on energy costs.
Benefits:
- Up to a 12-year ltd. warranty (Specific warranty terms depend upon coverage rates; see product label or documentation for warranty & coverage rates)
- CRRC Rated, UL Classified, and ENERGY STAR® certified (White only; U.S. only)
- Use on BUR, SBS, APP, metal, structural concrete, and previously coated acrylic roofs
- Extends the life of the roof and helps save energy by lowering roof temperature by reflecting heat away from the building
- Can be applied by roller, brush, or airless sprayer
